Your Facilitator

Hi, I’m Erin, a BCRPA certified personal trainer and the founder of Muscles & Mommies and Train Your Genes. I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to their bodies especially during life’s most transformative moments.

My journey began in the fast-paced world of corporate event planning. I loved the energy, the organization, the people. But when my first daughter arrived, everything changed. The career that once lit me up no longer sparked joy. I longed to be present, to watch her grow, and to pursue something more meaningful.

That longing led me to become a birth doula, stepping into a world that celebrated the miracle of pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. It also revealed a glaring gap in the fitness industry; there simply weren’t enough supportive, informed, and personalized training options for expectant and new mothers.

So, I created Muscles & Mommies to offer just that: a place where moms could build strength, confidence, and community in a safe, understanding environment. Over time, my work evolved. I began serving clients of all genders, body types, and life stages, because I believe wellness is for everyone, and every body deserves a personalized approach.

As the years went on I was introduced to genetic training which lead me to create Train Your Genes. Using genetic insightsI tailor fitness programs that meet each client’s unique biological needs. Whether you’re dealing with hormonal imbalances, chronic inflammation, or simply striving to optimize your well-being, I work with trusted nutritionists, naturopaths, and health experts to support your success, especially when traditional solutions fall short.

My philosophy is rooted in compassion, science, and a whole-body approach to wellness. It’s not just about fitness—it’s about fostering confidence, resilience, and empowerment through every stage of life.

Whether you're a new mom, a busy professional, or someone ready for change, I’m here to walk beside you on your wellness journey, with expertise, empathy, and a plan that works for you.
