What We Offer

Registered Massage Therapy

Shannon Berrow, RMT

Shannon's practice centres on supporting pregnancy and postpartum recovery, as well as treating concerns such as temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD), scar tissue, and post-surgical healing.

With a holistic, whole-body approach, Shannon views the body as an interconnected system of mind, body, and spirit. She works collaboratively with clients, using techniques such as manual therapy, breath awareness, and education to support the body’s natural healing processes.

Shannon began her career exploring yoga and Reiki before training in holistic massage and bodywork. She later completed a 2,200-hour Massage Therapy diploma with honours at the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy. Since becoming an RMT, she has continued her education in areas including myofascial release, cranial-sacral therapy, visceral manipulation, lymphatic drainage, and postpartum care. Shannon now expands on this work as the owner of Solace Wellness Collective.

Her work is rooted in individualized care, with a focus on helping clients achieve both physical relief and overall well-being. She is also passionate about supporting new mothers through education, self-care, and advocacy during the postpartum period.

Amanda Davey, RMT

Amanda graduated in April 2017 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT). She has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of BC since November 2017. During her time at WCCMT, she had the opportunity to gain experience at a variety of outreaches and inreaches. During that time, she developed a particular interest in prenatal and postnatal massage at BC Women’s Hospital.
Since becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Amanda has completed continuing education in prenatal care and TMJ dysfunction. Additionally, she works as a clinic instructor at the West Coast College of Massage supervising massage students as they complete their clinic internships. Outside of treating, Amanda enjoys getting outdoors and exploring the beautiful hiking trails BC has to offer with her family.

Her foundation also includes over ten years of therapeutic yoga practice and training in anatomy and biomechanics, which she weaves together to create a nurturing and empowering space for healing and self-care.

She fosters a compassionate environment where clients can slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves. Through this approach, she supports others in cultivating self-compassion and creating the conditions for natural, unforced healing to unfold.

That combination of science and lived experience is what makes her approach feel different.

She's bringing her Prenatal Fitness, Mom & Baby, and Core Restoration classes to Solace Wellness Collective, and she is truly excited to be here. Her passion is helping new moms and caregivers reconnect with their bodies after birth, building strength, rebuilding confidence, and finding community along the way.

When Erin's not coaching, you'll find her out walking her dog, hitting the slopes, soaking up nature, or squeezing in as much family time as humanly possible.
