Kinship is a monthly social gathering for new parents and babies (up to 2 years old) to meet, connect, and occasionally learn. Some months feature guest speakers discussing topics important to new parents, while other months will focus on themed discussions and informal connection.

Cost : $10

Twinship is a monthly gathering for parents of twins, triplets, and multiples with children up to 2 years old. It’s a space to connect with other families who truly understand the unique joys, challenges, and realities of raising more than one baby at a time.

Cost : $10

$45 per couple / individual

Feeding education and prep before baby arrives. Focused on real life, practical support.  Taught by Katy Teasdale, IBCLC.

This 6-week Core Restoration Series is designed to help you rebuild deep core strength, reconnect with your pelvic floor, and move through daily life, and your workouts, with confidence and control.

Little ones will enjoy a 45-minute Little Sensory Co. workshop filled with music, movement, sensory play, and our signature Calming Glow Time. Meanwhile, Mama Mingle creates a welcoming space for mums to connect, chat, and meet other local mums while their little ones play.

Suitable for babies aged 12 weeks to pre-walking.
