For every phase and season of motherhood — whether your children are small, grown, or somewhere in between.

A small group gathering for women who nurture and care for others, in all the many ways that motherhood can look.

All walks of life are welcome. We honour that some stories, families, and seasons of motherhood look different from what we might expect — and there is room for all of them here.

This group gathering of 8 women, offers a nourishing blend of healing and restorative practices designed to help you slow down, replenish your energy, reconnect with your body, and create space for yourself.

This nourishing evening weaves together:

Reiki Energy Healing
Restorative energy work intended to encourage relaxation, release tension, and bring a sense of balance to body and mind.

Sound Healing
Immerse yourself in the soothing tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other healing instruments. Allow the sounds to wash over you, quieting the mind and inviting the body into a deeper state of rest.

Hypnotherapy
A gentle guided experience using relaxation, visualization, affirmations, and subconscious-focused techniques to nurture supportive beliefs around self-care, motherhood, and the way you hold yourself through the many demands of caregiving.

Gentle Guided Breathwork
Diaphragmatic, down-regulating breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and settle into your body.

Light Therapeutic Touch — Optional
Soft and nurturing touch offered with consent, creating a sense of grounding, comfort, and being held.

Gentle Movement
Before we settle into our journey of deep rest, we’ll have a short movement and breath practice- through gentle, accessible movements. This helps release some of the physical restlessness we can carry in the body and makes it easier to settle into relaxation.

This evening is not only about self-care, but about being cared for — taking a pause from the many roles you hold and sharing space with other women who understand the journey of caring for others.

Come as you are.

Leave feeling recharged, grounded, renewed, and connected.
