Your nervous system is always listening—and sometimes it needs a little support to find its way back to balance.
Join us for a deeply restorative experience that combines two gentle yet powerful healing modalities designed to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and support your body's natural ability to heal.
Ear Acupuncture (Auricular Acupuncture) works by stimulating specific points on the ear that correspond to different areas of the body and brain. These points communicate with the central nervous system—including the vagus nerve—helping shift the body out of "fight or flight" and into a more restorative "rest and digest" state.
Many people experience benefits such as:
✨ Reduced stress and anxiety
✨ Improved sleep quality
✨ Greater emotional balance
✨ Relief from tension and chronic pain
✨ A deeper sense of calm and overall well-being
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or constantly on edge, ear acupuncture can be a simple yet effective way to support your nervous system and encourage your body's innate healing response.
Reiki beautifully complements this experience by promoting deep relaxation and energetic balance. Through gentle, hands-on or hands-above-body techniques, the practitioner works with the body's energy centres (chakras) to help restore harmony and encourage a profound sense of peace, grounding, and renewal.
Together, these therapies create a nurturing space for your body and mind to slow down, reset, and reconnect.
When the nervous system is regulated, everything changes. The body is better able to heal, recover, adapt to stress, and function the way it was designed to.
We can't wait to share this restorative experience with you. 🤍

Shannon Berrow, RMT, CMLDT, Reiki Master
Shannon has been working with the human body since 2009, initially as a reiki practitioner followed by holistic massage and bodywork training in 2011. With a desire to learn more about the human body, Shannon pursued her RMT training in 2014.
Shannon’s approach to treatment includes conventional massage therapy techniques as well as non-conventional approaches, and is customized to the unique needs of each patient that arrives on her treatment table.
As a reiki practitioner, she allows her intuition to govern her sessions, trusting that the client’s body will guide her to where it wants to be seen, to be validated, or assisted in its own process of releasing what no longer serves.
