Your genetics aren't your destiny...but they ARE your blueprint

Genetic fitness training is the science of working with your body instead of fighting it. Your muscle fiber composition, recovery rate, metabolism, injury tendencies, and even how you respond to certain types of exercise? All written in your DNA.

Most people spend years doing workouts that were never designed for their body and wondering why they're exhausted, plateaued, or constantly getting hurt.

That's where TGMM Fitness comes in.

We take a personalized, data-informed approach to programming that meets you where your body actually is, not where a generic plan assumes it should be. Whether you're a fast-twitch powerhouse who thrives on strength training, an endurance queen built for sustained effort, or somewhere in between, your program should reflect you.

At TGMM Fitness, we factor in your movement patterns, your history, your hormones, and your life stage, because a 45-year-old woman's training needs look nothing like a 25-year-old's, and your plan shouldn't either.

On Thursday, June 18th, join me, Erin Osborne of TGMM Fitness, for a free seminar as I explain how a simple cheek swab can give you the blueprint for health, longevity and taking the guesswork out of training.

Your Facilitator

Erin Osborne, TGMM Fitness

Hi, I’m Erin, a BCRPA certified personal trainer and the founder of Muscles & Mommies and Train Your Genes. I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to their bodies especially during life’s most transformative moments.

My journey began in the fast-paced world of corporate event planning. I loved the energy, the organization, the people. But when my first daughter arrived, everything changed. The career that once lit me up no longer sparked joy. I longed to be present, to watch her grow, and to pursue something more meaningful.

That longing led me to become a birth doula, stepping into a world that celebrated the miracle of pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. It also revealed a glaring gap in the fitness industry; there simply weren’t enough supportive, informed, and personalized training options for expectant and new mothers.

So, I created Muscles & Mommies to offer just that: a place where moms could build strength, confidence, and community in a safe, understanding environment.

As the years went on I was introduced to genetic training which lead me to create Train Your Genes. Using genetic insights I tailor fitness programs that meet each client’s unique biological needs. Whether you’re dealing with hormonal imbalances, chronic inflammation, or simply striving to optimize your well-being, I work with trusted nutritionists, naturopaths, and health experts to support your success, especially when traditional solutions fall short.
