If you're leaking when you laugh, skipping workouts because of pelvic discomfort, or still feeling disconnected from your core months (or years) after having a baby, you're not broken. You just need the right kind of recovery!
This 3-week Core Restoration Workshop is designed specifically for postnatal women who are ready to rebuild from the inside out. Each week introduces new movements, intentionally layered so every session builds safely on the last. Between sessions, you'll receive personalized movement homework and tailored exercises that fit into your daily routine, because consistency is where the real transformation happens. And when the three weeks are up, you'll walk away with a custom booklet of every exercise, cue, and progression so you keep thriving long after the program ends.
This isn't about six-pack abs. It's about less back pain, a stronger pelvic floor, reduced abdominal separation, and the kind of core awareness that makes daily life feel easier. It's about trusting your body again.
Designed for all postnatal stages, whether you're 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum.
Spots are limited to keep the group small and the support real (maximum 6 participants). Cancellation policy: Non-refundable, transferrable with prior written consent

Hi, I’m Erin, a BCRPA certified personal trainer and the founder of Muscles & Mommies and Train Your Genes. I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to their bodies especially during life’s most transformative moments.
My journey began in the fast-paced world of corporate event planning. I loved the energy, the organization, the people. But when my first daughter arrived, everything changed. The career that once lit me up no longer sparked joy. I longed to be present, to watch her grow, and to pursue something more meaningful.
That longing led me to become a birth doula, stepping into a world that celebrated the miracle of pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. It also revealed a glaring gap in the fitness industry; there simply weren’t enough supportive, informed, and personalized training options for expectant and new mothers.
So, I created Muscles & Mommies to offer just that: a place where moms could build strength, confidence, and community in a safe, understanding environment. Over time, my work evolved. I began serving clients of all genders, body types, and life stages, because I believe wellness is for everyone, and every body deserves a personalized approach.
